Zero-Tolerance Abuse & Absolute Discretion Clause

DeadlockTier operates on a principle of absolute editorial discretion. We reserve the unconstrained right to review, edit, censor, unlist, or permanently delete any custom tier list, title, author name, or content at any moment, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, without prior notice, justification, warning, or liability.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DeadlockTier.com (the “Service”), creating tier lists, exporting images, or sharing permalinks, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Prohibited Content & Anti-Bullying Policy

Our TierMaker Studio is intended strictly for creative video game strategy, theorycrafting, and lighthearted gaming memes. We enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any malicious use of the platform. You may NOT create or share tier lists containing:

Cyberbullying & Personal Attacks: Any title, author alias, or tier label intended to harass, humiliate, mock, or defame real individuals, players, streamers, or public figures.
Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender.
Doxxing & Private Information: Publishing real names, telephone numbers, addresses, personal social media accounts, or private communications without explicit consent.
Explicit or Illegal Imagery: Any explicit, obscene, offensive, or unlawful textual statements or asset manipulation.
Spam & Malicious Links: Using titles or descriptions to promote unauthorized commercial solicitations, scams, or malicious URLs.

3. Unilateral Right of Removal & No Right of Appeal

You acknowledge and agree that you have no property right, ownership interest, or guarantee of continued hosting in any tier list published or generated through the Service. The operators of DeadlockTier.com may, at their sole and uninhibited discretion:

Remove or unpublish any tier list immediately without notifying the creator.
Refuse to explain, justify, or debate the reasons for any removal or content modification.
Block, restrict, or rate-limit IP addresses associated with abusive submissions.
Alter tier list titles or metadata deemed inappropriate without altering the underlying tier ranking.

4. Abuse Reporting & Rapid Takedown Requests

We take community safety and the prevention of harassment very seriously. If you have been targeted by a tier list, noticed defamatory statements, or discovered any content that violates these Terms, please contact us immediately:

All legitimate reports involving bullying, harassment, defamatory titles, or privacy violations are prioritized and handled swiftly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DEADLOCKTIER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEADLOCKTIER, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FOR ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THIRD PARTIES.

Deadlock is a registered trademark of Valve Corporation. DeadlockTier is an independent fan community platform not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Valve Corporation. All in-game assets, character artwork, and item designs remain the intellectual property of Valve Corporation.
